Koga is two systems of techniques
combined together that reflect real proven fitness concepts. Yoga,
which has been around for hundreds of years and exercise, which has
been around for just as long (in one form or another) have both been
credible outlets for us as human beings. Koga is much more than stretching
and kicking. No matter what your fitness level, Koga can be a challenging
exercise program that builds superior strength and endurance. Koga
involves a level of mental and physical concentration that results
in a much greater flexibility, increased muscle toning and shaping,
refined balance, improved cardiovascular function, increased lung
capacity and finally a HUGE decrease in overall body fat.
Koga taps into your inner power, connecting your body with your mind.
It is easy to fall into a pattern of associating fitness with the
body alone. We run, do aerobics, dance and workout all for our bodies.
What does your mind have to do with it. The Kogi will soon see the
absurdity of this notion. Body and mind are one and although they
become isolated and dissociated from each other, Koga brings them
back together where they belong. Everything works better when all
the circuits are connected. Your mind can boost your phyical performance
to new heights and control over your body is training for control
over your mind!
Everyone knows that lifting heavy weights takes strength. However,
balancing in the form of Asana and Kickboxing takes strength too.
Koga strength training is a belnd of isometric and plyometric movements.
Muscles are trained in the opposition to each other or to an immovable
object. This is just the opposite of what we have been taught in the
aerobic training of the past. The leg warmers are gone folks! Time
to experience what exercise enthusiasts, professional athletes, actors,
models and people from ALL walks of life have been waiting for. "THE
BEST OF TWO FITNESS WORLDS COME TOGETHER IN ONE GREAT WORKOUT!" |
